Well, then why even build a larger base or play alone in the first place? I mean, the game does facilitate that play style. Why do they get the short end of the stick after grinding and building more? But I guess the arguments to that criticism are maybe this isn't the game/server for that. Hell, it just sounds like an unfair disadvantage for solo builders and people who have far less time on their hands. I guess this system just sounds like an unfair advantage for smaller bases filled with trolls and PVPers. This is especially true if the player is a solo player, has multiple bases, and/or bases that are large. Some people just don't have that kind of time to invest in the game.

But people have to travel for work, take vacations, and live outside of their computer.

The new amber system sounds like people are almost being punished for not playing the game. I'm on the fence about the stake upkeep system and the new raid device though. I like a majority of what is going to be implemented here. You should be "hungrier" than them at this point. If needed, hire another team member! I'm not as pessimistic as a lot of the whiners here about the gloomy future of Hurtworld, but I was on the fence between this and Rust, seeing how they are pumping out new content at a much faster rate makes me worried I went with the wrong team. I think you should aim at releasing a new item on each wipe though. But I see a lot of people feels the other way around. 21 feels right imo as I aim to game a bit on my weekends, and it takes time to farm enough to build something cool. I also think 14 days max wipe is a bit short. Having 2 outposts and one bigger base will be a grindgame to upkeep. The Amber maintenance on ownershipstakes I worry about as a solo player. (wheels felt pretty rare on this last cycle btw) And hopefully with more chassis and engines around people will be less worried about actually using them. So I applaud the decay on those as well as the wrench so that getting one car and working towards fully customizing it will be my main car-game from now on. I came in slightly late on this current wipe schedule and all cars were already more or less stacked in one huge team's garage. The grind at this point feels just about though/boring enough. I have most fun building a nice base then getting comfy with a semi slow progress towards some nice end game stuff. I've actually never reached complete end-game with end tier stuff all over, not super important to me anyway.
